

​I bring over a decade of experience in fitness, both personal and professional. As a U.S Army veteran with ten years of service I've learned the value of discipline, resilience and consistency. Following my military career, I earned my bachlelor's degree in Sports and Health Sciences with a concentration in nutrition. My journey has taken me through every stage-struggling with being overweight, pushing too far into being underweight and ultimately finding the balance to maintain a healthy, sustainable lifestyle. Through years of trial and error and growth, I've developed the knowledge and strategies to help others achieve their goals while avoiding the common pitfalls along the way leading to faster results.
