My goal is to teach the value of healthy habits and personal growth. These sessions focus on building confidence, respect, and discipline while encouraging students to be courageous while facing challenges. I also introduce practical ways to manage stress, including simple physical exercises and team building activities that promote connection, resilience and problem solving. Each project is designed to inspire young people to make positive choices and develop the mindset and skills they need for long term success.
